Validate a SWIFT/BIC code by ISO 9362 structure (bank code, ISO country, location, optional branch). Run before foreign wire transfer dispatch to prevent routing rejection. Returns signed XDR-1 receipt.

Honest scope: Format-only: no public check digit exists for this identifier, so "valid" means well-formed, not mathematically proven. Existence of the record is not checked. Bank/branch existence needs a registry lookup we do not do.
