Scope, stated plainly
Checks are structural: they prove format and checksum, not that an account exists or belongs to a name. The sanctions screen is address/jurisdiction-level exact match only — a no-match means not screened, never cleared. Payments are non-custodial: we never hold your funds; settlement moves payer-to-seller on Base via x402 EIP-3009 USDC, gas-sponsored. Card prepaid packs are also available.
