Escalation path: (1) retrieve the signed XDR-1 receipt from the API response you received — it is offline-verifiable proof of what happened; (2) email security@code402.dev with the receipt and the transaction reference; (3) an operator reviews the case on the internal dispute surface and responds. Funds never pass through us — settlement failures are between payer and the receiving facilitator/contract, and the receipt is your evidence.
