Scope. The free supplied-record comparison identifies agreement, mismatches and missing evidence in order, payment and delivery records provided by the caller. The comparison handler is stateless and does not execute payments. Comparison is not independent proof of authorization, settlement, delivery or quality. Existing per-call validation, screening and payment-verification tools at https://hcrb.in are a separate offer with route-specific contracts. The Operator is not a bank, clearing house, custodian, or money transmitter and does not hold customer funds.

Disclaimers. Validation results are deterministic algorithmic outputs (structure and checksums) unless explicitly stated otherwise; they are not proof of account existence, ownership, or entitlement. Sanctions screening is exact-match against supplied list snapshots; null means not screened. This page is not legal advice.

Liability. Services are provided without warranty to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms creates a settlement obligation on the Operator.
