Buying for an organisation? This page is the procurement surface: what you get, what we are, and — just as important — what we are not. Everything here is verifiable or marked as pending; nothing is claimed that we cannot demonstrate.
Engagement models
Self-serve x402 access covers per-call usage in USDC on Base. Card checkout (Stripe) and USDC on Base are both accepted. For organisational purchasing we offer Assurance Desk plans ($499–$1,500/month) and the Conformance Audit ($2,500 one-off). Request an invoice to agree scope, purchase-order requirements and NET-30 terms; the contracting entity is Juana Limited · UK Company No. 14043409 · Coventry, United Kingdom.
Security posture — stated plainly
- Non-custodial by design. We never hold customer funds; payments settle payer-to-seller on Base via gasless EIP-3009. Custody sits with licensed partners, not us.
- Verification you can run yourself. Every API result carries a signed XDR-1 receipt verifiable offline with a zero-dependency public verifier — you do not have to trust our logs.
- Responsible disclosure. A published disclosure policy and a canonical security.txt. We aim to acknowledge reports in 5 business days; that is a target, not a contractual commitment.
- Data handling. See the privacy policy: request metadata needed to operate the service, subprocessors Cloudflare and Circle, receipts are public-by-design proof artifacts.
What we are NOT (read this part)
We perform structural and checksum verification. We do not do KYC, AML, name-based screening, account-ownership verification, or sanctions clearance — a no-match on our address-level screen means not screened, never clean. We publish no uptime or latency figures and make no service-level commitment that quotes them. We hold no SOC 2 or ISO certification — if your procurement requires one, we are not yet your vendor, and we will say so rather than imply otherwise.
Documents
Terms and privacy drafts are published on this site and marked as pending counsel review. MSA and DPA templates are available on request for legal review; we will not sign anything that misdescribes the service's scope.
The honest position: what we sell is deterministic verification with a verifiable receipt trail. If your use needs more than that, we would rather lose the deal than imply we provide it.
